Warriors 66, Rabitohs', a big fat ZERO. Their biggest defeat since 1908.

Maybey the Panthers can claw back some pride for the Aussies next Sunday.

Sorry about that Tell, you will probably pay me out before the season is finished, but victory is sweet.

TC,

I won't answer for Terry, but he lives in VICTORIA - they play another sort of game there...about 600 clicks from the Rabbotihs home turf.

Anyway the Panthers will win next Sunday..( I'm a Penrith resident - or Mountain Man) ha ha

BUt I must admit the Warriors are giving it to some of the teams, must be the haka.....

TC,

Well I probably may well eat those words, but I will enjoy the lamb stew next week.

May the best team win...

Well, either Terry hasn't seen this post or he is lurking. Waiting for the killer knock-out response after next Sunday..... ;)

Sorry guys, but I'd be lying if I said I knew what you were talking about, I only followed Rugby League when I was posted to Sydney in 1980/81, then settled back to watch AFL until I was posted to Brisbane in 1989/90, it was a good game for sure, but outside Sydney (and Brisbane to a lesser extent) it's pretty much unheard of?

A bit like soccer was before the world cup, but sadly there's no world cup of RL, so I don't think it will grow like soccer? Pity though, I enjoyed watching it and I like a sport where guys carrying a bit of weight can still be competetive? I really enjoyed watching the bronco's when King Wally was still playing though, he was brilliant! All the best with it anyway, Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

"Crazy is a very misunderstood term, it's a fine line that some of us can lean over and still keep our balance" (thanks RB550Four)

Yeah, Wally Lewis, Mal Malinga, both hard men....We have a saying over here which goes something like "I'll back the Kiwis first, then the Aussies against whoever they are playing", or something like that. I have had many hours of enjoyment watching the Footy League.

Our Warriors don't carry weight, like Merv Hughes, they are all well built.    ;D

And sorry to see the Aussies out of the World Cup due to a freaking Hollywood Italian. Shame on them.   TC
