My buddy, Joey, and I are planning on being there the whole weekend.  Pretty sure we'll be taking Joey's camper and trailering three bikes.  I'm bringing the CB750 and the bobber.  I'll probably ride the CB some on Friday and then put it in the show on Saturday.

I might ride the XS650 this year since my K5 has leaky pucks and I probably won't get my shiat together to get it fixed by October. ::)

A few friends and I will be heading down and camping at Enchanted Rock on Thursday.  Then setting up camp on Friday at the gig.

I'll be there as well. Not sure which two bikes I'll bring. The  550 will still be languishing in disrepair, I'm sure.  I will try to be there early afternoon on Friday.

Bryne - thanks for the extra boots!  I'll try not to need them.

That would be great. Bring it to Harvest and I'll buy it from you. Soldered the crack and seems to be holding for now. Temporary fix I'm sure.

Texas is great Pewe, but you have Swedish meatballs and all those beautiful blonde women!!!

You have really good looking women in America too! The eastern Europe mix women are among the sexiest. You have people from the Europe since hundreds of years PLUS more south....
I can make meatballs, no problem. Very easy with good minced meat, 100% beef. 800gr minced meat, 2-3 eggs, 2-3 slices of white bread teared into small pieces mixed in a bowl of 2-3 dl milk soaked for 10 minutes. 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of medium ground black peppar, 1 large onion chopped in small pieces and fried in butter.

Mix everything in a large bowl (like making dough for bread) until the texture is good enough for making balls keeping together. If mixing too long time the fat in the meat will be visible as long thin strains. Mix until you can see a few.

Shape the balls and fry in a pan with BUTTER (not oil). I usually do all balls and place them on a cutting board (soaked in cold water if wooden to avoid them to stick)
When making a lot I fry with 2 pans.  When balls are almost ready with a nice fried crust, I add more black pepper on the outside.
EDIT: Size of balls smaller than a golfball, diameter of  1" is perfect!

Servce with boiled potatoes, brown sauce, vegetables as you like and lingonberry jam on the meatballs is a must!! You have cranberry jam in USA right? Almost like lingonberry with less taste.

Off subject, but saw this late model CB750 at the 9/11 Memorial Museum yesterday.  Not quite my style, but that’s immaterial.  The restoration appears to be very well done and lovingly completed.
