I've been a member of the Badweatherbikers (Buell) forum since '97 when I purchased my first and only Buell.
The Buell days are long behind me, but the friendships forged during that time last forever.
The BadWeb (as it's known) had a Rider Assistance Network, visible only to registered members. It looks like this:
Changes made to reflect SOHC4.
Welcome to the SOHC4 Rider Assistance Network (SOHC4 RAN).
Below you will find information pertaining to fellow SOHC4 members who have valiantly volunteered their support should any of us encounter problems when riding far from home.
To join our ranks please forward the pertinent information to (moderator) or simply post your information at the bottom of this page; we'll be sure to remove it once we get it added to our listing. Only registered SOHC4 members who are logged-in to the community forum may view this page.
Example of list:
British Columbia - Vancouver - Funjimmy - Jim - Ph: 604-xxx-xxxx, Cell: 604-xxx-xxxx- Tools, bed, food, & beer, garage, mechanical skills
Should the SOHC4 site have a "Rider Assistance Network"?
