On Any Sunday is the Warren Miller of motorcycling movies.
Never gets tiring.
You never see a motorcycle parked outside of a psychiatrist's office!

Completely agree Jimmy, always fun to watch. Just love all the stuff with Malcolm Smith, that guy is unbelievably talented on two wheels.

yeah its a great film, first of its type I think there wasn't much around like that back then?although there was a big market ready for it!heres the same spot but a different time to the last snap shot, doing something to my dt400b,dont remember what but my old dog "MACK"is helping me,i bought this bike from the dark bearded guy bruce still a mate to this day,who bought the dt400f in the background from his older brother,MACK sadly got killed by a truck a few years later,i had to give him away as he had a fight with a neighbours dog and tore its eye out,my mate who had a fuel station where I had a diesel account for my truck took him as a guard dog,he got out one night and being black didn't get seen,he was a gentle giant with people, labrador cross Alsatian, rip mack!i wore that old leather jacket till it fell to bits then it became a dog bed until it disingergrated completely.

I've had OAS since living in Agawam,Ma. back in 1997 where I met Bob Hogan from Hogan's Cycle Shop which was right down the road from Six Flags Amusement Park. He's(was?)an old guy who used to work in the Indian factory in Sringfield,MA. back in the day.He recommended OAS to me and said it was one of the Best.I have it on VHS and I'll be watching it again soon. I like where Steve M. 'moons' the camera !

The hill climb portion of OAS is one of my favorites. Your right Malcolm Smith is awesome. What a all around great rider! Just needs to remember to turn on his gas, but hasn't that happened to all of us. Notice at around the 2:30 mark of video at ride side of screen what looks like to be a dohc CB450.

Bought out an estate that had a bunch of old Life mags in the basement. Good article from July 1963 about  big Steve and the wife.

Do any of you remember if they have footage of Malcolm Smith riding(and winning)the ISDT 6 day event ? I've got to dig that movie out and see it again  :)
