Bearing isn't the problem. The seal that going in the retainer is. It doesn't want to seat In the retainer

Should that seal set into the retainer. Or does it actually sit in the side sprocket cover?

It looks to be 48. The dust seal.  It's the only seal that comes with the wheel bearings from allballs

This is how she sits right now.  I'm still waiting on front hub adapters for the brakes so I set up a 2x4 to imitate the front wheel height.   Now it's time to spend more money and order shocks to get the rear frame finished up.  Also going to make a seat cowl hopefully this weekend at a buddy's body shop with all the metal working tools you could think of.

Looks like you resolved the bearing retainer issue. You might consider the new CognitoMoto rear disc hub to partner with your GSXR front end!

Now, you're just showing off!  ;) ;D

Got to play this weekend on the English wheel.  Im happy with how the cowl turned out.  Still have some trimming to do.  It isn't a Meyerbuilt that's for sure but I'll take it for the first time using the English wheel.  Now for the seat pan and electronics tray.

Finally getting somewhere with the holiday.  Made some shock mount brackets and got my belly pan made and welded.  Next up I think will be some fiberglass work for the seat pan. And then dealing with the wiring if only my hand controls would come in.....
