Found some Tracy body
« on: August 26, 2012, 09:55:51 PM »
Was picking a guy's property and he showed me this.  He said it went to a 650?  I know some of these things are valuable but I really have no idea.  Any thoughts?  I did not buy it from him or really inquire about it too much.

The problem is alcohol in the newer gas eats the tanks. If nobody sealed it it could be junk. They are sorta cool but not my style.

I seen a few list on ebay in really rough shape and with retarded prices... if it's a nice piece may be worth something.
You should also search here, I know someone posted the tracy cat. but I don't remember where. ;)

I've seen a couple at swap meets recently...$4-500, Ebay? more like $6-800.  A lot depends on the paintjob and whether the tank is still viable it seems...
