They need a sail for backup propulsion.

I actually thought they where going to use a sail at first. 
Wont be long before someone gets hurt and sues the RR though.

Not sure the RR would be responsible.
If they are abandoned tracks they may be on public or park land and not RR responsibility.
Either way it looks cool as hell to try if you have old tracks nearby

No the RR isnt responsible but get a lawyer involved.
