cb350f brake lines

I'm looking to have some stainless brake lines made from my '73 cb350f and was wondering if anyone knows exactly what the stock fittings on the lines were, specifically the size of the banjo fittings and also the threaded fitting that attaches to the J Tube.  Thanks.
