While I think the 350 is a cool engine and all, myself, I prefer the 450 DOHC and also would like to make a correction (I didn't see where this was done and forgive me if I overlooked it but), in the way the valves are adjusted, on the 450 (Well, at least you don't need rocker arms in a DOHC. On the other hand, you don't need to take the camshafts out to adjust the valves on the SOHC.). You see, you don't have to take out the cams, to adjust the valves on the 450, you just loosen a locknut and make your adjustments, during the procedure and adjust the screw for each valve. You don't even have to remove the valve covers.
