So I'm wanting to do a gsxr front end swap on my '76 CB550.... I just wanted to know what years and what size front ends would work, and also what hubs for a spoked wheel would work with a gsxr axle?

I used a HD streetbob 2008, 19x2.5 with a 1' front wheel bearing, working fine, but... it took me a long time to find the right wheels on ebay :-(

Earlier 550s had a 16mm? Axle, so if you are going with stock spoked wheels you'll need some fabrication to adopt the 25mm axle typical on large modern sport bikes.

FunJimmy did a very nice conversion on his Cafe Interceptor build.
