Sent this to the parole board.
Dear Sirs,
Please use good judgment when considering the release of Nathan Ray. He has no remorse over the damage he has caused to two families, and the victims. Trevor Ware is permanently and irreversible brain damaged from the incident where Nathan Ray hit him on his motorcycle, and never went back to see if he needed help. He pushed the bike off the next exit ramp, and drove several miles with his bike lodged under his car. I feel he needs to serve his sentence out, or until he has genuine remorse over the death of one victim and the brain damage caused another. Please remember to pray for the families involved. God Bless.
Sincerely,

 Chaplain Charles E. Hawkins

This is good news! I believe that God is working, through the efforts of everyone here. He does listen, and He does have compassion on everyone.

 Another update, from Dogjaw:

Talked to Pam; she is ecstatic with the news. The other two options were outright parole and yearly request; the parole board went with two years, the longest they could legally put Ray of, barring some act of egregious behaviour. Based on his track record, this is not outside the realm of possibility.

An inside source did tell us that two things were instrumental in this decision: the length of travel for Trevor to any future hearings, and THE AMOUNT OF MAIL RECEIVED. As most of this came from you knuckleheads(I saw the stack, wow), I hold you personally responsible for keeping this smear of smegma behind bars for at least another two years. You rawk.

The next step is to clean out his storage space down here and get it shipped north to Bellingham. There has been talk of Trevor and Pam doing anti-dui and TBI info presentations, and they want to get Trevor's mangled CB550 up there for that. Trevor also has a pristine CB650 and an antique scooter, as well as a few boxes of tanks, exhaust, etc, that he wants to poke through.

Remember to send Trevor post cards, stickers, T-shirts,  etc. It really makes his day and his biggest fear is of being forgotten.

I just wanted to share with you all that an Inmate on ADVRider just GIFTED a BMW GS sidecar rig to Trevor. That's right, he GAVE him a bike and side car so that Trevor can find someone in his hometown to take him for a ride once in a while.

If he can do that, we can find time to send Trevor a post card or stickers or T-shirt from time to time.

In other news, Dogjaw will be gathering Trevor's stuff from Arkansas and delivering it to Washington state. There is DeeDee, his CB550 that he took on his epic road trips and on which he was injured, a pristine CB650 he restored in his bedroom, and some CB750 frames and various other SOHC4 parts.
I've been in contact with Dogjaw and have offered to assist in listing some of it for sale once it's all there and sorted.

Trevor's Story would rock the world of Arizona Bikers.

Scott,  I never knew Trevor but if you could pass along to him a very merry Christmas from all of us here at SOHC 4.

Very good, thank you Scott, and a merry Christmas to all.

I'm sure just being remembered means alot to Trevor, perhaps he is our Tiny Tim. Bless him and his mom!

 From dogjaw on ADVRider:

 "Ready for an update?

Eight years to the day from Trevor getting hit, the guy is GETTING MARRIED! They have requested a live feed of the wedding particularly for the ADV inmates that have been so supportive of the cause over the last few years. "
