Dear Parole Board,
I am writing to you to provide victim input regarding the parole hearing of Nathan Ray, Inmate# 154991. Mr. Ray's willful disregard for others' lives and the law has led to severely altered lives for many individuals and groups. I ask that you weigh the evidence of Mr. Ray's crimes and the likelihood of him repeating his previous actions and deny him the freedom of parole, thereby protecting more innocent victims.
I am a part of a group that did not know Trevor Ware (Nathan's most recent victim) in person, but I am inspired by the life Trevor once lived as well as the life he continues to live despite the traumatic brain injury caused by Nathan. As a motorcycle enthusiast I have followed Trevor's experiences online. From his days of joyful motorcycle building and riding to his current state of being unable to ride but still loving his hobby, I have been inspired to live life differently because of Trevor's passion.
While Trevor has made amazing strides in his recovery, the burden of the injury caused by Mr. Ray's negligence will never be erased. I plead with you to not allow this to happen again. Keep Mr. Ray incarcerated.
Sincerely,
