I went to the local bicycle shop and looked for bar-mounted reflectors. needed the bar clamp piece.
(the guy behind the counter handed me 3 different sizes, for free, and some rubber shim strips)
the rest of the parts were about $2 at the local hardware store. installed on my bars in seconds.
