on a thread of mine i was discussing testing some of the ignition coil parts, and determined all my caps needed to be replaced.. original caps were all, what appears to be, the 102 degree NGK caps sold at
http://www.z1enterprises.com/ListItems.aspx?keywords=ngk+capssomeone recommended a set of 102 degree caps for the outside cylinders and straight ones for the inside... is this a pretty common practice? i notice thats how they seem to be done on the CB750s
another concern i have is both coils are for cylinders 2-3, which seem to have shorter wires than the ones for 1-4, but cant be 100% sure on this.. is it true the 1-4 coils have longer spark plug wires?.. if so, is there going to be a problem with a 2-3 coil reaching the outter cylinders?
