It's a 6 cylinder but I still can't believe it....6.3 qts. 45.00 in semi synthetic. God what a hunk of iron!!!!

Yep, those things were pretty massive. But 6.3 qts? My 8.1L V8 in my HD 3/4 ton Chevy pickup holds about the same at 6.5 qts.

Jay....6.3 with a filter change. That is in the manual and on the spec sticker on the side panel. I think Kawasaki has invested heavily in the oil companies.

I would think it is to keep the oil a little cooler.

I used to ride with a good bud out in Wyoming that had a Voyager. I used to like to ride behind him on a hot summer day because he had hard bags full of beer on ice with drilled holes in the bags. It was nice getting misted as I rode along!!!!!!
