Looks like you did a nice job. Is that the same bike that's in your avatar? Personally I feel like the stock 400f tank/seat/swoopy exhaust combo is perfect and I prefer the original. Save the pieces you took off!

Is the fender going to be chrome or green?

where did you get the seat from?.. im curious since im looking for a cafe seat too and it seems you can find pre-made ones for the cost of all the equipment and supplies to make your own

Love the bike... really clean.  I'm doing something similar with a cb350f, but keeping it red.
