New guy from MI
« on: September 24, 2012, 07:54:48 PM »
Just picked up a basket case 750F and this looks like the place to do some reading. Hope all's well with anyone reading this and thanks in advance for the help! Hope I can make myself useful.

Welcome Richard.  Tons of Michigan members here, and several right here in Kalamazoo/SW Michigan.  Post up some pics as soon as you can and don't be shy about asking for help.

Hey, everybody loves pictures!

Here's what my garage looks like right now - that's my wife's ex-husband's XS400 way over on the left, my CB450 in grey next to it, and my attempt at an exploded view of a CB750F everywhere else.

your wife's ex-husband?! :o... ;D...nice mini fleet!  Let me know if you need any parts.  I don't have much f bike stuff, but I may be willing to do some  tradin' for one of those Vetter's.

It's a funny and infuriating story, and I'll wait until my post count here hits three hundred before I tell it. He's a good guy. Anyway, it'll be picked up soon enough. :)

I'll have to think about parts I need - at this point, I'd trade these few motors in parts for one that was together! :)
