I've got a pair you can have for $50.00 mate, no worries! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

No prob man. I looked for a long time for those. Seems like they have a bunch. They keep relisting them. Might as well, for 25 bucks shipped.

I bought the last set this seller sold a couple of weeks ago.  After paying the rediculous $19 shipping to Canada ($4 postage) and then paying $14 in taxes because the mf'er put a value of $51 for insurance purposes on a $15 item, now I need to sell them on eBay for $50 to recover my costs.

Don't buy from this moron.  They tell me they can't insure anything for less than US$50 which is not true.  Boycott them.

I would have anyway...from the pics, they appear to clamp *over* the existing rims/painted cases...I don't want a "dress up" part; I want to replace my scratched/chipped/rusty cases/rims...  >:(
