Try changing the screen resolution .... ;) That may distort the image but you should be able to find a setting that will fit the screen....

I did somthing..? First I messed with the font size and that just screwed up everything. What I did was right click on the desktop...I just tried to do it again and now cant find the option that I used. There was a box that was checked off for "best results" that I unchecked, and was warned against, but worked great. I just have to move the cursor to an extreme edge and the screen jogs to the edge so I can see all of the information that is needed.

I made a crap video. One thing I never took into consideration was the...acoustics of the thing. All of the vibrations and tones of the motors sound like Dubstep. My problem now is learning the program to edit files muy rapido. I need to have this thing set-up and running Saturday night.

Steve O- the seat came a few months back. Nice. The color was a Duplicolor Burnt sunset or some BS. I have the can at work and will get back to you. maybe. if I feel like it.

TURN OFF SOUND. my camera sucks.

I had the mill up and running at an art opening for an "apocolypse" show. I had it drawing spines, skulls, flowers, and stars. People loved it, or at least told me they did. It only failed once..and I dont know why. It was just stuck on one line of code.

The bed is so unstable. I have added a 1/4" aluminum strip below the X axis and still has flex. bla

This is a slidewhow video of the show. Now it is time to have the thing make stuff for me.

Yeah, it can go farther into the collet. The tool was only .01 and it was supposed to be just scratching the surface, but (oops) ended up going about .015 into surface. As you can see from the 1/4" aluminum that I have "C" clamped onto the back of the Z axis there is still some play. But, for all thats its worth....its good enough for what I am doing.

Here is my current experiment. I am learning Arduino and how to use Processing.

I took a course on Processing and have some Arduino gear. Don't make me go out there to that place you call home!

Seriously though, if you want to borrow the "Learning Processing" (orange) book, it is all yours.

Is that the book "Milling for Dummies"?

I could probably use that book as well, but Learning Processing is about beginner computer scripting or code writing. The class I took was focused on generating computer graphics and simple video games. I had some other goals for some art installation work but that hasn't happened yet. Either way, this book just goes step-by-step through the generating of code so it helps for a newbie like Joe  ;D .

How can I make the program window smaller on the screen. The button I need to press in order for the whole thing to work is off the screen...about at the "f1" key.
Ctrl and + to make the type larger and Ctrl - to reduce.
Ctrl and 0 goes back to normal size.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

Hey there, if you have a book to offer, I will take it. I need some points gaskets as well.
I just cut and paste. Mixing others sketches for my own purpose. I messed with Ruby on Rails for a hot minute as well.

Just got my new delta style 3d printer going....

Tonight I solved the centering issue. Wasn't firmware....it was my lack of connecting motors and end stops in conjunction w/ each other.

The CNC is still a work in progress. I am thinking about switching the Y Cartesian slide with a round polar disc. A spinning xy. 8)
