Who Makes Bar Backs?

I'm looking for a set of "bar backs" to move my CB750 handlebars back a couple inches. Having a slight clearance problem w/ a fairing. Who makes them or has a spare set? Tried ebay w/ no luck. BMW-style pretty common but they use 1" handlebars.
