Any Black Locust in the woodpile?  It has a peculiar smell while drying, not over powering but it's there.  Beautiful rot resistant wood.  Years ago my wife's father had a big one go down in a storm....had it all chopped up before I found out. >:(   Oh well, I burned a lot of it in the fireplace that winter.

Another possibility......any stray cats hanging round marking  the woodpile. ;D

Yep, I never thought about the cats.
It must be them, all other animals are scared off by the constant target
shooting in the neighborhood.  8)

Go pick some woodsy scenty crap growing out there yonder and toss it on. Make up some flowery name for it. Might have to experiment outside sight unseen, or use google.

Burn her, she's a witch.  ;)
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Burn some Hickory or Mesquite charcoal brickets with the firewood , then she won't be talking about your WOOD she'll be thinking STEAK!!!

Go out and mark your territory, that will pretty much keep all FEREL animals away!! It will probably keep the neighbors and the neighbors kids away also if they see you do it!!! LOL

Try various bottles of her perfume you might get some really cool colors shooting up from the increased flamage.
