OPENING OF DAVID SILVER SPARES US LLC
We are pleased to announce that the US company located in Pennsylvania is now open for business. The website can be found at

www.davidsilverspares.co.uk will continue as the UK address. Due to EU trade mark laws, any genuine Honda parts offered from the US facility, cannot be exported/delivered to any country within the EEA (EU countries+Norway,Iceland and Lichtenstein). Some of you may recall the Levi v Tesco case in 1998, as a consequence, the European courts have decided it is trade Mark infringement for third parties to import/export trade marked goods into the EU without the brand holders consent. The consequences of being in breach of this would be very punitive for us.
Our pattern parts will be offered at approximately the same price from both sites/locations. The range currently on offer at the US site is fairly limited at present, but will build up steadily over the next few weeks. The range of genuine Honda parts, especially for classic models will also grow substantially. We have also been appointed Motad exhaust distributors for US and Canada, an extensive range of these exhausts is currently in stock at the US warehouse and listed on the site.
US customers will benefit from huge saving on shipping charges and no import taxes from the US site, as we are aiming to have a fixed price per parcel at $17 any size anywhere in the US (hopefully not too many in Alaska or Hawaii). The fixed parcel charge will be reviewed after a trial period. Any customers outside of the US and EEA can order from the US site and will be charged at competitive shipping rates.
