CB350F Mirrors

The mirrors that came on my recently bought CB350F I assume aren't standard for a few reasons.  The main one is that I cant see behind me with them.  I'm not small (be nice now) but my arms prevent me seeing behind. 

From centre of the mounting point to the outside edge of the mirror is only 170mm (nearly 7" for my american cousins).
Can anyone help me with the size of the originals and where I can get them.  Lots of replacement mirrors offered but no way to know if they are same or close to original.

Its not I want to see where I have been its the red and blue flashing lights that worry me......

You did not say what year. Looks like you can still get them from Honda about $25.US.

They probably are the stock mirrors. I can't see behind with mine either and mine are original. I think I remember reading a complaint about it in a period road test.

That's weird,  I can see out of mine pretty well.  I get a little bit of my arms in them, but not enough to be a problem.  Maybe you guys are taller than me?  I'm 5'9".

the standard mirrors for my 350F were shiit.  i'm 6'5" and couldnt see behind without leaning.  left it stock though, and just dealt with it.  went with bar-ends on my 750.  love them.

Funny you should say that...the mirrors on my 750 are just fine. I was surprised when I rode it the first time and didn't have to kink my elbows in to see what was behind me like I was used to on the 350

just bought OEM Honda mirrors.  definately different to what is on it and they look longer and wider.  when the postman comes (i love the postman he brings me eBay goodies) i will let you know....
