can anybody identify this cylinder head

Got this head with a load of spares for a 500 4 as you can see in the first picture it has holes in the oil baths for the cam lobes . They are not machined but cast during manufacture . There are smaller holes which go into the oil feed for the camshaft bearings. Any ideas ?  The last picture is a normal head

I believe that is a very early 500-4 head. I ported one like it a few years ago for Bryan Jones.

Bryan has a very low number '71.  It's in his sig.  Mine's in the 20xxx range, and I don't have those.
