Looks really good. At the filler neck where the paint stops. Did the painter put a sealer? I have heard that is where the paint starts to lift when fuel spills. someone here said he took a small painters brush and put a clear sealer all the way around. Just wondering.

Don't know if you're speaking of me, but a few months ago when I got my painted tank back, the painter had suggested that I do something similar. For the same reason. Gas fumes will try to get under the lip of the paint and lift it.
I used a small brush and a Por-15 type product. It was dark, not clear. I'd had the interior of my tank sealed by Moyers:
http://www.gas-tank.com/The painter said to seal between where his paint left off and where the Moyers treatment began. Easy to do. Put 3 coats on, dry overnight before closing the cap.
