So in my long quest to get rid of my 16" harley rim the PO thought was a good idea I think I have a good line on a set of GL1000 rims to lace up to the stock hubs.
I believe the Front is 1.85X19" and the rear 2.50x17" ,as I understand it the 550 has 1.85 front and rear stock.
My question is what size tire to get for the rear to match the 100/90 I have coming for the front? I understand 100 is on the bigger side but I am getting it free (its not old or worn out).
The reason I am asking is as the rear is both a different width and a different size then the stock one, the standard one step up from the front may not be applicable (ie: in this case I would have a 110/90 rear).
I am guessing get maybe a 120 rear? or do I need to go as big as 130? ...
