Lets see, according to the service manual the alternator produces 13 Amps at 12 Volts.  So using Ohms Law, 13 X 12 = 156 Watts

Is there a difference between idle and revving/riding and Is any of that "extra"? Like could I run aux stuff off it?

Output is a function of RPM.  I think the max rating of 13A is at 5K RPM.  The CB750 is a known borderline charging system.  There are aftermarket alternators (stators) that put out more juice (see vendors who support this board) and aftermarket regulators/rectifiers to minimize some of the short-comings.  You can also do LED conversions on the running lights, turn sigs, indicator lights.  Also a cleaned up wiring system can make a huge difference as loose/rusted connections all draw down usage.

Do a search on the Forum using the Google Custom Search box (upper middle left), not the Forum search bar in the upper right (does not work).  You will find many many threads regarding electrical issues, improved output, running aux devices, etc.
