Clutch adjuster screw size on a CB750?
« on: October 14, 2012, 03:51:01 AM »
Anyone happen to know the size and pitch of the clutch adjuster set (lever side)?  I'm talking about the slotted adjuster screw and round nut that thread into the lever.  Is it 8mm x 1.25?  Are these things fairly standard across various brands/models or is there anything else I need to take into account?

Mine seems to be rusting quickly!  Thought I'd see if there are aftermarket options.  Or maybe I'll fork over the $13 for a new set.

Thanks,
Aaron

They often do rust. I wire-brush them, then paint them. Lasts a long time!

Thanks Mark!  Maybe I'll give this a try first.  Save the money toward more important upgrades.....like one of those sweet looking HondaMan ignitions!
