In that condition i.e. torn seat, faded paint, rusty chrome, and in safe working order i.e. functional brakes, lights, charging system, NON dry rotted tires, chain and sprockets within service limits, fork seals that don't leak, rear shocks that actually dampen (as opposed to just bouncing), and an oil-tight engine, might get $800 or $900. Polish the chrome, repaint brackets, have the tank and sidecovers painted (these have to look good), touch up the exposed parts of the frame (splurge on some masking tape, overspray looks hawky, total noob hackjob), and you can easily double that (or more, depending upon the amount of effort put forth).
