Ethanol resistant fuel line

Around here, ethanol free gasoline is nearly non existent. The
soft pliable grey colored replacement fuel line gets hard and shrinks
every season or so, and ethanol in the fuel is the only thing I can
blame this problem on. My K/N stock style 750 air filter seems like
it's rubber ring is hardening to the point of no longer conforming
to its proper positioning inside the airbox as well. Suspect the plastic airbox is shrinking/distorting too....Anyhow, back to the fuel line,
does anyone know if Honda OE fuel line is still available? Or, can
anyone suggest a better, CORRECTLY sized aftermarket alternative?
Cost is secondary to function, I'm picky about my bike's fuel system. Thanks

I have been using tygon 5.5mm id. Has been holding up perfect and no need for a clamp. Got it from my Honda dealer.

 Yeah 1/4" ID black 2 foot pack from oreiily's is too fat and needs jammed on the carb barb if a clamp is used barely fits.

I used tygon on my 550 and over the winter it became very hard and somewhat brittle.  That was over the course of a year and a half.

You made me think about it after I cheered knowing someone else would like to know what these control freaks are up to.
 Every time any owner strips whatever precious Honda part the horrified purists parts go up in value. That's not the part that bothers them.

Tygon does work, I know because after going through 5 fuel lines in a year, I had to buy the stuff.  Honda currently sells new fuel line which is resistant to the ethanol, which shouldn't give you the problems associated with Tygon.  If your dealer doesn't have it try any automative parts store and ask for fuel line.  Remeber the car guys are dealing with the same issues as we are with this ethanol crap.

I am able to take Tygon lines off and on 3 times. After that it feels better to replace.

You may have not gotten real Tygon or the wrong Tygon. Polyurethane does harden. Tygon is used in small engines and that is my best source. My new Husky Leaf blower came with Tygon. They changed the formula for small engines for the US market. It is yellow and two years out no issues.

Agree- there are several types of Tygon and you need to get the right one. I believe a search of this site will yield the info to enable a correct choice.
