Cycle X superflow valves

Can anyone tell me the weight difference in the F2 Cycle X superflow valves versus the stock F model valves?? Is there any benefit to installing these valves and what material are they made of???

Freshening up my F2 motor and just tying to find out if its worth spending money on the superflow valves.
