Coming from the North
« on: October 31, 2012, 05:42:30 PM »
What's up everyone

I just wanted to introduce myself all the way from Toronto, Canada! I will be asking a lot of questions in the future regarding my old but new purchase. A '78 CB550K that I picked up about a month ago. I figure I will do a partial rebuild over the winter eventually into a cafe racer. Runs well but it has a leaky carb so I'll look after that first.

Any information anyone can shed will appreciated. I am totally new with ol skool but willing to learn

Will posh pics soon

Welcome to the board............I live north of you in SOUTHERN Wisconsin ;D

Take a look at the High-Performance page for your neighbor and his 550 racer..........it would make a great cafe-style street bike 8) 8)
