Seats

OK guys...I have my appointment to go to Corbin in Hollister,Ca. on Wed. 7-12 at 9am and get my custom seat made.I'm gonna trailer it over cause I don't want to be stuck there all day with no wheels.Plus I want to save my old ugly stock seat for another project later.I have a couple of pics that I got here on the forum last year but now that I go back to get better pics....they are gone! CES....you ran a post called speaking of seats showing your76' K with a newer seat.Iwould like a bigger pic of that.Lou from Canada....you sent me pics of your seat that you made yourself from an old Yamaha seat......those are the ones I want to model my new seat out of.I'm wanting a double seat that is stepped up in the rear but not too thick.I think I like the 78' K seat but it mounts the opposite of the older seats and is also longer.Corbin said they make a whole new pan for it out of fiberglass.I just want to make sure and bring them some good pics so I don't end up with something that looks like #$%*.If anyone can post up a cool lookin' 2 up seat...I would mucho appriciate it.Thanks....Mr Breeze

I guess I shouldn't rain on your parade, but I'd investigate a car upholstery shop or someplace like Sargent . Please don't hate me, I just thought someone should warn you about Corbin.
Dude- your 8 layers are showing!

Make sure you post all the gory details on the process, and I'd love to know rough costs on something like this.  Pics when you can!
