Hi, I want to do what is described above for my friend. He has a 1980 CB750C. I know double cam but the shocks are very similar. Has anyone done this? What did you use ATF or 10w fork oil or other? Does anyone think filling with kerosene a few time to clean out would hurt anything if you let it drain out? Any thoughts are appreciated. thanks Dan

Theres a thread here somewhere from someone who did it. My advice would be to see what people put in their konis and start there. Should be lots of info for that. I think I put 7.5 in my front forks. Good luck and keep us posted how it works for you.
