78 CB750 Front Caliper year interchanges?

My front caliper on my 78 CB750K is shot, the piston was so frozen in the bore that when removed by the previous owner, he ruined the bore.  Any idea of what year calipers will fit my front?  (single disk)

This thread http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=1594.0 says that '77 and '78 are the same.  I have a '77 CB750K caliper I can sell if you want me to take any measurements.

As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)
