NZ Barn find for sale but what is it?

No it is not a tabby or tortis shell either!

What series does this make the bike?

Chassis number is CB750-1061018 Engine number is CB750E-1061558

I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

anything with a frame number starting with a 1 and over1044650 is a CB750K1
