What year CB750K?

The 77 and 78 had vacuum lines as part of the primitive emissions control system. I don't think that the earlier ones did. The routing of the houses is detailed in the manual as someone pointed out. You will need an original air box from one of those years with the spigot on the top for one of the hoses.

77-78's don't have vacume lines that hook up too the carbs, they do have crankcase vent lines and cam tower breather lines that meet at a junction and then vent back into the top of the airbox. Some of the pd carbs depending on year have a vent tube but they don't hook up to anything, they vent into the atmosphere.

^+1. There are no vacuum lines on any of the carbs on the K or F bikes.
If it's worth doing, it's worth doing twice.

Not to the carb but to the air box. Here is the pic from Honda on the hookup for the 77/78

Wellcome to the madness. I think you can tell by now what we need to know the most is what year your 750 motor is. The carbs changed a lot over the years. The bigest change being in 77-78. If you look on the side of the carb you will find a number embossed on the body that is what we need. Again tell us the year of the (motor) not the frame.
