its currently bundled in with a bike on ebay.  i am trying to talk the owner into convincing the winner they dont want it and selling it to me, but it seems like i may need to find another one if that doesn't work out.  that means i have to identify it (and find out if it really is what it looks like from that one angle.  then if i find two the second  one is  yours  ;) ;D

Why not ask him if it has a logo or company name somewhere on the back?
Did he get it with the bike? or buy it afterwards? ???

"unsure of the model or part number, there does not seem to be any notation on it"
so he's playing mystery fairing.

I really like the retro look of it, especially the metal trim...I put on a 17"  "Street Shield" from J.C. Whitney (about 60.00 I think). I like the size relative to the bike..it doesn't overpower it or make it look like a cop bike...it's easily removable, blocks wind ok, although after a few hours, you feel as if you've really been riding.

can we turn this into a this-is-what-kind-of-windhield-i-have-and-this-is-how-it-looks-on-the-bike thread- because that would be really helpful.  I am always saddened by the lack of demo shots of these windshields on 70's era hondas.  who are they TRYING to sell to???  wheres the sarcasm smiley when you need him?  so that would be a request to post a pic of your windshield on your bike with a little ifo on what kind of windshield it is and where to find one- just like ces (thanks)

kk - IMO you need to start a new thread - one with a proper heading...go for it.
