Topic: CB350 Twin battery delete? is it possible?

Hey All,

Just started tearing into a new project - a '73 CB350 twin. I'm planning to pick up a bore-tech electronic ignition, and just wondering if I still need to run a battery with an electronic ignition if I plan to remove the electric starter and have the bike be kick only?

Just trying to get the weight down any way I can, so wanted to see if this would be possible for a street bike that still needs to have lights, signals, etc.
