 :o ??? ::)  Always busy,no spare time....ok,a little here and there.! ;D Been busy,so far,well,I'm glad I've been working on it....in my "sparetime"!lol!! ;) Bill

What it looks like underneath.

Martek coils and I added lines and can,his line way short and vented to atmosphere! ;D Better fuel filter

Tail section,one bolt to remove!K

Getting there,new oil press gauge.

Still gotta touch up engine this side.

Cleaner,nicer w/out blue grips,added h/bar end weights

PRPLRN on the way!!

Added heat shield and allen bolts

GSXR 750 tach and MPS tether kill and of course Falcon key fob!! ;D
Adjusted valves and cam chain.....damn glad I did,all over the board,#2 intake couldn't get a .002 under,but could get .0015,barely! :o #1 was also way too tight,he messed up intakes,others .003 or .004.Ex were up to .008.He said mild cam,I went .004 and .006.Gonna run better and quieter.Gotta a f/fender coming to paint to match rear tail section.1983 CB650SC,like on Samauto and Calendar Girl(it runs fine now).F wheel a little outa round.Eventually will match rear,but Buchannons wants $204.00 for rim and $97.00 for spokes....too rich for me rt now. ::)Later and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!! ;D 8) Bill

BILL : Got a long swing arm= will measure on my stock CB750 F-ARM to see if this square tube swing arm will fit.  You can have plates welded on for your shock to bolt on to get the squat.  SEND pictures next week after holiday weekend.  Got spoke and mag wheels from 5 HONDAMATIC'S = WILL THEY WORK ?????

Bill,

Would be nice if you could order a wheel from Honda for half that price and have them ship it directly to Buchanons.

                 Bill, ya gotta get rid of that blue can !  Run the lines behind the turbo and put the can behind the engine above the swingarm pivot.   ;)    How loud is that short exhaust pipe ?   ???

BILL: That square tube swing arm [ with built in AIR TANK ]  I have is 8" over length and has the 16mm hole for front mount [ helps with twisting at high torque ] as the stock CB750F has only a 14mm front bolts and nut [ which was a big problem on the TURBO KZ'S ZIR'S 1978, on boost on the freeway it took you into the next lane over twisting the frame ] sold that bike the next day. But you can use your stock 20mm rear axle and spacers as the width is the same as the stock F swing arm.   I will send you many pictures of carbs and swing arms.

BILL: That rubber is 38 years old = trick we did on KZ's, put the rubbers back in their holes and fill in with clear or black silicone to all the gaps right up to the top of hub.   No moving around [ like the solid rear wheel on a PRO-STOCK BIKE or any fast after market race wheel ] then push in the drive hub while silicon is wet, clean off the squeezed out silicone and make sure the axle hole is clear. After silicone dries in wheel housing you now have a solid rubber- silicone cush drive wheel. Years ago a fellow came to all the IDBA races with sprockets for sale that had a rubber built in = to take the shock on launch of big motor KZ and Suzuki drag bikes with solid mount rear wheels.. If you think I'm kidding about that 14mm swing arm bolt and nut letting that frame twist, go up on the freeway [ with no cars in sight ] and while rolling along in 2nd gear wick that bad boy up and power shift into 3rd gear = hang on BILL.  Bigger GRADE 8 or AIRCRAFT  bolts and nuts are always better on a drag bike as the stock bike was made to ride the speed 55-65  limit , at 140mph that 38 year old down tube frame might-b-a-twisting, under boost.

BILL:  Get a steering stabilizer for those small front forks as when that thing wicks up and tank slaps at 130-140 MPH it could cost you a lot = small price to pay for safety.  One hang up of that throttle cable under boost and you better have a landyard kill switch, oh #$%*, tach pegged. BANG!!!!!
I'll send you a note how to make a non-wheelie switch from a BUSA TIP OVER SWITCH. No-one should get hurt or killed following their dreams on two wheels = seen a few close friends make that last ride........
