So I took apart the 1100 Katana engine today and this is what I found, someone installed new piston and rings, but did not do any work on the head, engine was sitting for a while and had no compression so thats why I took it apart, 3 cylinders had frozen rings, and then I found this rocker that they adjusted to tight and the cam wore down the rocker, do you think I can repair it for further use?
So I put the bottom half of the motor in the frame,I now need to get the chain running in a straight line with the 6" RC wheel sprocket, I might have to flatten the part of the frame where the chain runs, the chain is sitting on the frame behind the swing arm making a curve in the chain, already flip the rear sprocket, did't help much
So I finally got the bike back today, came home and set it up with the front and rear wheel and this is what it looks like, will have better pictures when it stops raining.
