Topic: cb350f running rich

3 out of four cylinders are running rich. spark plugs are black. before i take them apart what should i be looking for. idle seems fine but the low to mid range it runs rich. higher rpm is ok. thanks for your time

We will need to know about your setup in order go give you an advice.  Sounds like you have pods?  What kind of exhaust.. current jetting.... everything.

Exhaust, i think, is a Mac they are side exit opening. 4 into 2. I have replaced the orings in everything inside float bowl. Change no jets. i replaced float needle and seat, not floats. my thought is i need to recheck float hight. again thanks for your time.
