Topic: 75 CB550 steering bearings question

Before you ask, I've already searched but prob didnt ask correctly.   I noticed the other day that the steering seems to fall in a "notch" when it it gets close to straight. Is this normal ?  I'm thinking not... #2- does anybody know if there are any shims needed to install the All Balls tapered bearings...is it pretty straight forward. Please keep answers that pertain strictly to a 75 550. Thanks !  Love this forum,

Notch shouldn't be their, says it's time to replace.  All Balls kit comes with spacers, and it is straight forward.  I used thinner spacer when doing my 76 CB550.  Just measure stack and get the same height using spacers.  This is a good upgrade for cheap money and quick install.
