Nice job Prokop!... I'm also planning the same assembly process.

Are you using the original engine hanger bolts? One of mine is pretty bent so I was trying to find good alternatives.

I am scavenging bolts and brackets, will be making some pieces and ordering from McMaster, I have several bolts for the front, but the one for footpegs is like 4 inches longer, not sure where that came from.

This F engine came to me with 657 JJ carburetors jetted 100 and 40.

Good question, don't know the answer yet. I have 4 single pipes I could combine into some kind of a 4-2, but it depends how much energy I have left when all the rest is done.

Since this is supposed to be long distance hauler with fairing or at least windshield I would think 4-2 would look better on it, but I may end up just smacking Mac on and calling it

No no no Mac! You can do better for the same money finding a deal on a good used system.
Reason I ask is obviously the exhaust will determine jetting. I know will be running pods!

Stock air box for sure, if I can actually get it installed, looks like carbs and airbox together are major challenge.

I will be replacing them with tubeless comstars in the future, thats the whole purpose - wheels with minimum maintenance needed.

But the bike will be like giant quiz - how many different years and makes can you spot:)

yeah, that stuff is fun with these years of Hondas. At first your surprised by how much doesn't inter-change when you suddenly realize that other surprising parts do.
