Removing intake rubber?
« on: November 27, 2012, 02:52:48 PM »
Hi, my crap is going to the soda blaster this week and I can't get the rubber intake tubing off the manifold (in absence of the technical term, it goes between the carbs and the ports).

Is there a trick? Do I cut it off and buy new ones?

Heat 'em up with a hair dryer.
If it's worth doing, it's worth doing twice.
