DROOOL
« on: November 30, 2012, 12:31:49 PM »
I just got back from the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, if you're in the UK it is definately worth a visit.  We were also planning a to stop in at the bike show at the NEC but ran out of time.

The first couple of days in Cornwall were drizzly British weather, the day we left was gorgeous, blue skies, warm (relatively speaking).  Even though it was a great few days, we stopped at the Godolphin Arms in Marazion, litterally right in front of St Micheal's Mount.  Here's a couple of pictures of the view from our room on our last morning there.

Thanks for posting those museum bike photos! :)

It’s really good to see that the Norton Hogslayer survived and went to a good home.

The 1970’s dragbike fans can read more about the Hogslayer here:

Thanks for posting.  My 71 BSA Lightning is looking over my shoulder at her brothers and sisters.  The 72 CB750 told her to get over it.  ;D
