Topic: questions about the on-line manual for CB650, How to download and print from?

Can some one please tell me how to:

1) print pages from the on-line PDF manual for the CB650?
2) download the pages/manual if this option is available?

I was able to get the a CB 650 manual from eBay, but there are a few pages missing (page 1-1/1-2 and page 3-5/3-6) that i would like to print out and replace.

If anyone already has this manual/pages in PDF format and would be willing to provide, i would be grateful!!!
