Thanks Gordon, being my first time doing this, where do i find the section where i can request the sellers information..?

I wish I could tell you, but since it's been so long I can't remember exactly, and even if I could I'm sure it's changed somewhat.  The best advice I can give you is to ask on the ebay "bidding" forum.

http://forums.ebay.com/db1/forum/Bidding/110

I used to be a regular there, and there are still a lot of the same members around who know their #$%* and actually like to help people.  They can point you in the right direction, you just have to shrug off the idiots.

For what it's worth, as I remeber you could click on your seller's name, which would bring up their profile, and somewhere in there was a link to request contact info.  There might also be a link in your notification emails about winning the auction that will lead you to the same place.  It's not info that's available to anyone, but if you're connected as buyer/seller through ebay, then they'll email it to you once you've requested it.

I found another contact email, in the winning bid email, so i have sent all the large pics to that email as well. I'll wait and see what happens before going any further...  Thanks again Gordon... ;)

Mick, when you file an item not as described complaint the seller's Paypal account should be frozen until the problem is rectified.   Good luck with the  process...Larry

Well its just after 7 am here in Aus {1:13pm in california} and after getting their business email and sending off 20 pictures and getting his business details off ebay i have heard nothing, i am starting to suspect that the "Boss" has a smart ass worker thats going to get in trouble for being less that honest about this whole ordeal and is stalling.
I am going to ring them today and see what happens....   Getting very frustrated with all this... >:(

RR, it's 300 miles from me, but I do have free long distance calling on my cell, and home phone, so I wouldn't mind making a few calls if it saves you from international charges.  PM me the info..happy to help.

I just received a reply , this is what the A-hole had to say..
Quote
my supervisior said send it back with note of specified damage with pics
- apexpromotors

I have already sent 18-20 pics and 3 extremely detailed emails on what is up with this head....GRRRRR

This was my reply

Quote
I am NOT sending it back, if I do then  I’m out of pocket nearly 400 dollars on shipping alone, that’s not good enough. Did you see the pictures? Why would you need a note, I have explained at least 3 times in detail through ebay what is wrong with it, its clearly visible in the pictures I sent. How about refunding me the difference in shipping $95 dollars and $ 200 for the damage on the head, it will still cost me more than that to make this head suitable for use. I don’t believe you even looked carefully at the head mating surface at all, in the auction you state the head is “surface finish  in good condition” , every one I have shown just laughed at that.!!   it is covered in scratches and gouges and needs work to be able to be used properly, I’m getting sick of repeating myself about this. You have seen the pictures, I know because ebay sent confirmation that they were sent..
Blind Freddy could see the damage, not to mention the poor way in which it was shipped, not too mention the price you charged me for sub standard shipping box with I piece of bubble wrap and a couple of handfuls of polystyrene pieces, not good enough.
I want your “supervisor” to respond to me in person, {His name removed from this post}, ebay supplied me with his contact details. I am far from happy with the way you have dealt with this matter and am running out of patients quickly. Please put me in touch with your supervisor or I will have no choice but to take this up with ebay….

It been like trying to communicate with a friggin child.... >:(
