Hey gang.I have patched many a tube on my motorbikes and bicycles .It is not rocket science and perfectly safe if done properly.
Funny tube story.While wrenching at Nelson Motorcycles in Toronto way back,I was handed a work order for a flat repair on a machine,though I cannot remember which model.What I do remember is that customer wanted tube patched.Upon removing said tube,I found TWENTY previous patches.The shop guys all had a good laugh and we bought the customer a new tube!
