Hello Gang
Man! Where does time go?
I have been so busy as of late and not had time for 3 of the forums I have been checking for a few years now.
I have been offered a couple of Biker build off's already, but right now I am swamped with work and aint got time to even piss, may wear a diaper to sort that problem out.
Anyway, I think the concept would be a giggle to be honest and I have a TV thing to do next week with my cafe.
I have been fortunate to be in Cycle World and now the cover of Motorcycle classics.
OUT NOW
And I am behind with builds right now.
The Build off will be fun but there is no way I can do it right now, plus it's a PR paid job and no loot and I cant work for bugger all, even though I love what I do, it aint gonna pay the rent.
I have a few things planned right now and I have to tour Japan next year with my Black cafe, then back to the UK and Hit the Isel of man.
I may try and get to Bonneville this month if I can get out of the garage.
This is my life and my hobby, alot of people fail to see this and think I can just stop and go here and there.
But you lot know if you work for yourself how hard it is to commit to anything else, when Customers bikes must come first.
I have some models coming over when I finish another bike, so hope they aint skanky?
I have Just completed my latest, and it came out really well I think.
But I work in a 2 car garage at home, using a few spanners and stuff, not some pro shop as everyone seems to think.
I was a Motorcycle courier in LONDON for 20 years and had to make my bikes as aggresive as possible to get in and out of the chaos London traffic throws at ya.
I am not some MMI student or Factory trained mechanic.
As i think people tend to think I am sometimes.
Wish I had the oppertunity but right now, this is my life and its a right giggle.
But I do my best, Not sure I can totally finish the quality of a build in 30 days though, that's probably alot of B/S when they build that bike, plus, they buy NEW engines, how nice would that be guys?
Although i think it would be a fun venture, let me see what I can do this end as I have a few pokers in the fire here in the film industry area of the USA.
I have made so many friends on here and other forums, who are just into bikes, it is so cool, you lot are great and I thank you for even thinking of me that is capable of a build off.
Peace and grease guys.
I try and check the site once or twice a week when I can.
